Our software is digitally signed with the latest SHA-256 code signing certificate standard. Earlier versions of Windows and browsers (Internet Explorer) may not recognize the new standard and display "Unknown Publisher", because they still validate using the older SHA-1 standard.

Choose Save As instead of Run within the Internet Explorer browser. Download the software first, and then open the installation file.

Clipboard for Outlook requires Microsoft Framework .Net 4 and Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime (VSTO). Admin rights are required to install these files. If you don't have admin rights on your computer, please contact your help desk support team for assistance installing Clipboard. Our products require the latest Microsoft service packs. Make sure you install the latest service pack to help keep Windows and Office up to date. Service packs take about 30 minutes to install.

It's highly recommended to Enable Automatic Microsoft Updates, so you always have the latest patches and security updates.

Outlook must be restarted after installation to display the Clipboard ribbon buttons. There are various reasons why Outlook may disable add-ins from time to time. If Clipboard ribbon buttons are missing after restarting Outlook, please follow the Enable Outlook Add-Ins instructions.

Outlook 2007 does not have a home ribbon buttons by design, so you must create or open an email, meeting invite, contact card or task in order to view and use the Clipboard ribbon buttons.
